Of the select non-profit organizations Alpine Lumber associates with, our relationship with Easter Seals Colorado stands longest. The community demographic they support, the mission that guides their efforts, the dedication and pride with which they do so, parallel Alpine Lumber’s philosophies, values and beliefs. Since the early 1980’s, Alpine Employee–Owners at every level (from Board Members and Presidents to administrative staff and truck drivers) have served and supported Easter Seals in their mission. We are especially proud of our involvement with growing and maintaining their crown jewel of service, Rocky Mountain Village summer camp for disabled children. In fact, we have several Employee-Owners and customer friends that have children who frequently attend camp. As one of those children so joyously stated while preparing to depart from her visit… “this has been the best week of my life!”
